Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds will be issued for damaged goods in terms of photographs or item/s returned along with order number. 

Pending customers request, item/s can be either refunded for the item/s amount or be resent once approved of damages/issues.
